Everything We Know About “Xo, Kitty”.

Team Missy

Break out the Yakult and celebrate! Kitty Covey is officially getting her own To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before spin-off TV show on Netflix.

The show was previously announced by Deadline back, but details on the series were kept under wraps…until now.

“I’ll bet you thought the story was over, that there wouldn’t be any more letters,” Cathcart said in video announcing the show back in October 2021, “but there’s one Covey sister — some might call her the favourite — whose love story is just beginning.”

Xo, Kitty

Anna Cathcart, who portrayed teen matchmaker Kitty Song Covey in the streamer’s YA trilogy adaptation opposite Lana Condor (Lara Jean Song Covey), will reprise her role in the dramedy “Xo, Kitty.”

Per the logline, Kitty thinks she knows everything about love, but when she moves halfway across the world to reunite with her long-distance boyfriend, she soon realizes that relationships are a lot more complicated when it’s your own heart on the line”.

The show was created by Jenny Han, the author of the “To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before” book series and “The Summer I Turned Pretty“, so you just know that “XO, Kitty” is going to be amazing.

The first season of XO, Kitty will consist of 10 half-hourlong episodes.

Will Lara Jean and Peter Be In The TV Show?

There’s no word yet on whether there will be any cameos from the OG TATBILB cast in the Xo, Kitty series, but considering just how much Kitty is adored by LJ and Peter, we’d be super surprised to not see a brief appearance. Fingers crossed we get an appearance.

When Will Xo, Kitty Be On Netflix?

Season 1 of XO, Kitty will drop on Netflix May 18.
