Yes! Thankfully the show was officially confirmed in September 2021 for another season and is set to be available to stream on September 21 2023.
Unfortunately, there is also some bad news for fans, as it was also recently announced that season 4 would be the final season of the series. However, we’re sure that this final season will be just as great, if not better, than its previous seasons.
Is the cast returning?
A lot of it’s cast are set to return for its final season, including the main character, Asa Butterfield (Otis Milburn), Ncuti Gatwa (Eric Effiong), Emma Mackey (Maeve Wiley), Aimee Lou Wood (Aimee Gibbs), Connor Swindells (Adam Groff), Gillian Anderson (Dr Jean Milburn), among various others.
It has also been confirmed sadly that Patricia Allison (Ola Nyman) and Tanya Reynolds (Lily Iglehart) will not be returning for the final season. Simone Ashley (Olivia Hanan) is also not to return for season four due to other commitments with season 3 of Bridgerton.
Despite this, various new faces are confirmed to join the cast, including Schitt’s Creek star and creator, Dan Levy, who will play a cult leader who tutors Maeve called Thomas Molloy. Other stars set to join include Jodie Turner-Smith, Thaddea Graham, and many more!
