‘The Kissing Booth 3’ Has Been Confirmed
The Kissing Booth 2 has finally landed on Netflix!
We’re not the only ones excited to see the sequel- did you know that The Kissing Booth is one of Netflix’s most successful movies of all time? Crazy!
That got us thinking – if The Kissing Booth is that popular could we be treated to a third movie??

Joey King Is Hopeful That There Will be “The Kissing Booth 3”
While appearing on the Today Show, Joey opened up about wanting to do a third film and she isn’t alone in wanting to make it happen.
“Well, me and the cast have been talking and we want that so bad and we’re kind of relying on the fans to help us out. They loved the first one so much and they’re the reason that we got a sequel. So if they love this one and they make it known to the world and to Netflix, our fingers are crossed that Netflix will give us a third movie because that’s what we want really badly,” she said.
There’s a lot more material to use for a potential third movie…
The second film is based on the sequel novel by Beth Reekles. While Beth hasn’t announced a third book just yet, she did mention that she’s hard at work at multiple novels so there’s always a chance that we’ll be seeing more of Elle, Lee, and Noah’s adventures.

Reekles also published an e-book called The Beach House, which takes place during the original Kissing Booth. And then she published another novella, this one for World Book Day, called The Kissing Booth: Road Trip, which takes place during the sequel!

The Kissing Booth 3 Is Officially Confirmed By Netflix
Just two days after The Kissing Booth 2 debuted we’ve found out that Netflix have been keeping something from us – The Kissing Booth 3 has not only been confirmed, it’s already been filmed and will be released in 2021!
The Kissing Booth 2 and The Kissing Booth 3 were filmed back-to-back in South Africa last year, which means the whole cast will be back for the next instalment.

The Kissing Booth 3 will pick up right were the second movie ended – with Elle spending her final summer before college and making some big decisions.
2021 can’t come soon enough!
