12. Competitions & Giveaways

From time to time, Missy.ie may run competitions, prize draws or giveaways via the website, email or social media platforms.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • The promoter is Missy.ie.

  • Competitions are open to residents of Ireland and Northern Ireland aged 13+ (or as otherwise specified).

  • One entry per person unless stated otherwise.

  • No purchase is necessary unless clearly stated.

  • Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

  • We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

  • Missy.ie accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, incomplete or misdirected entries.

  • Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.

  • Winners may be required to provide proof of eligibility.

  • If a winner does not respond within the stated timeframe (or within 7 days if not specified), the prize may be forfeited and an alternative winner selected.

Where a competition is run in collaboration with a third-party brand, additional terms may apply. These will be stated where relevant.

By entering a competition, you agree that:

  • Your first name and general location may be shared if you win (unless otherwise requested).

  • We may use your entry content for promotional purposes where appropriate.

  • If the prize is provided by a third party, your details may be shared with them solely for the purpose of prize fulfilment.

Missy.ie reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any competition where necessary.

To the extent permitted by law, Missy.ie excludes liability for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in a competition or acceptance of a prize.
