Refund Policy – Digital Products, Memberships & Courses

Missy.ie sells digital products, online memberships and digital courses. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products (PDFs, Guides, Downloads)
All digital product sales are final.
Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered (including via download link or email access), it cannot be returned or refunded.
By completing your purchase, you:

Request immediate access to the digital content

Acknowledge that you lose your 14-day cooling-off right under EU consumer law once access is granted
If you experience any technical issues accessing your product, please contact hello@missy.ie and we will assist you.
2. Online Courses (Including Missy University)
All course purchases are for digital access to online content.
Once access has been granted, course fees are non-refundable.
By purchasing a course, you:

Request immediate access to digital content

Acknowledge that you lose your 14-day cancellation right under EU law once access is provided
If you experience genuine technical difficulties accessing course materials, please contact hello@missy.ie and we will work to resolve the issue.
3. Memberships (Including Missy Reading Society & Other Paid Memberships)
Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan).
Payments are taken automatically via your selected payment method.
Refunds

Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun.

No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

If you cancel, your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
You may cancel or pause your membership at any time through your membership portal.
It is your responsibility to cancel before your renewal date if you do not wish to be charged again.
4. Technical Issues
If you believe you have been charged in error or are experiencing access issues, please contact hello@missy.ie within 7 days of the issue arising.
We reserve the right to review each case individually.
5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:

Suspend or terminate your account

Restrict access to purchased content
This policy is governed by Irish law.
