How To Accessorise Your School Uniform (Without Getting In Trouble)

Team Missy

When you go to a school that requires you to wear a uniform it can sometimes feel like your personality doesn’t get the chance to shine through. But you can add some personality back into your school bag and uniform! Here’s how to accessorise your school uniform…

Hair Clips

Hair clips are the best way to add a bit of personality to your school look!

Hair Bands

Hairbands are so handy for days when you just can’t be bothered with your hair. You can make a messy ponytail or a bun look extra chic by popping a hairband on as well!

Channel your inner Lara Jean Covey and make scrunchies your signature look this school year. You can even match them to your face covering!

Face Covering

Now that face coverings are required to be worn in school, they really are the perfect opportunity to add a pop of personality to your school uniform. As we said above, you can match them to your scrunchie if you like. ASOS is selling gorgeous matching sets that even comes with a matching pouch to keep your mask in.

Enamel pins are seriously popular at the moment! They’re a great way to accessorise your school uniform or if you’re school are super strict on that, you can pin them to your school bag.

School Bags

One of the most obvious ways to upgrade your school uniform situation is a swanky new school bag!

The 90’s really are calling at the moment. Not only are we obsessed with scrunchies, give us all the iron on patches! While you most definitly won’t be able to iron on patches to your uniform (sad face) you can use them on your school bag.

If you (or a friend or family member) are handy with a needle and thread, why not embroider a little something on your bag?
