Maddy Perez’ Makeup on Euphoria Is Absolute Goals
Everyone is talking about Euphoria.
The show is pretty shocking, but we just couldn’t get over the work of art that is Maddy Perez’ makeup. We. Are. Obsessed! All of the makeup on the show is incredible, but Maddy’s really stands out.
Can we just take a moment to acknowledge that Maddy has ACTUAL CHAINS stuck to her lash-line in the picture above!!! Unreal!
Bold eye-makeup looks have been really popular in recent years, but Maddy’s makeup manages to still be really wearable. Although, we don’t think Irish schools would be okay with you rocking up with rhinestones stuck to your face!
We trawled the internet to find out everything that we could about Maddy’s makeup.
One of the makeup artist who works on Euphoria, Kristen Sage Coleman, is very active on Instagram and regularly discusses looks from the show plus her inspiration and provides product lists. Yay!
We had a look at the rundown of the products that Coleman used to create Maddy’s makeup look and a lot of them are used continuously, with her eye makeup the only thing that seems to change.
Maddy Perez’ Makeup
For foundation Coleman uses Armani Luminous Silk Foundation. Another cult favourite on rotation is the Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz Pencil for a more defined look and Glossier Boy Brow for a more natural approach. Glossier gets another mention with its Haloscope Highlighter being used to create a natural everyday glow.
Some other of Coleman’s favourite products to use on Maddy are Stila Glitter & Glow Liquid Eye Shadow, and Chanel Longwear Intense Cream Eyeliner for all those cat-eyes.
Other brands used include: Colour Pop Cosmetics, Urban Decay Cosmetics, lashes from House of Lashes, lip liner by MAC Cosmetics and lipstick by Tarte Cosmetics.
A signature part of Maddy’s makeup look is rhinestones. They were purchased on Amazon, and applied with eyelash glue as the adhesive. It’s such a fun and cool way to add to the creative outlet that is makeup.
Another key product that Coleman used was Lemon Head LA. glitter, which she says “was just insane on camera”.
The key ingredient to rocking a Maddy Perez makeup look? Fun! “Anyone can do this at any age with any style. Don’t be afraid! Be a bold babe like Maddy!” says Coleman.
With season 2 of Euphoria already confirmed we can’t wait to see what other makeup looks we’ll be blessed with.
