The great thing about the latest hairband trend is that they’re really affordable. They also hide any hair woes. And they make outfits instantly more put-together. Yay!

We are obsessed with this embellished headband from Nasty Gal! It would be so perfect for a Debs or wedding.
For a more everyday look, and school appropriate, we love this Glamorous tortoiseshell headband. Or add a pop of colour with this Woven Satin Headband from Nasty Gal.
Penneys, of course!
The most obvious place to head to first is Penneys. Team Missy may have bought one of every hairband currently in store, but they’re honestly all just so gorgeous! How could we choose?
Definitely invest in a plain black headband; it instantly makes every outfit look dressy, but it will also be perfect come winter. And let’s be honest, black never, ever dates. But seeing as its summer do go mad with some of the fun patterns on offer. Most of the headbands in Penneys are under €3 too!
Hair Tips
Hairbands are great for distracting from 2 day old hair situations. They’re also great from helping you if you’re in that awkward “growing a fringe out stage”. Basically they’re great for hair, fullstop. You don’t really have to do anything else to your hair, but sometimes we do like to put a little extra bit of effort in.
Try back-combing your hair a little and add some texturing spray like Kristin Ess Dry Finish Working Texture Spray for some extra volume. Add a few random curls and you’re good to go!
