The Best Podcasts By Teens For Teens

Podcasts are my favourite type of entertainment. You can listen to them while cleaning, studying, running or just getting ready for the day.

Sometimes, it can be hard to find a good podcast to listen to, which is why I’ve made a list of some of the best podcasts for teens, with younger perspectives, relatable content and great advice!

The Girly Girl Podcast

This is a teen advice podcast, run by Carmen Applegate, where she discusses different teen topics and gives advice. New episodes are released every Monday.

Teenager Therapy

Five teenagers sit down every week and discuss all of the ups and downs of being a teen. They describe their podcast as ‘a coming of age story portrayed in real-time. A culmination of mistakes and growth and a reminder you’re not alone.’ This podcast began in 2018, and since then, new episodes have been released weekly.

Growing Up and Sometimes Down

20 year old teen influencers, Olivia and Evie talk about the reality of growing up (and sometimes down!) They began their podcast last year and season two is currently being released every Tuesday, along with mini episodes released every Friday.

This podcast is run by Sephy and Wing, who ‘are here to turn up the volume on topics that just don’t get enough airtime.’ They cover everything from manifesting to feminism during their weekly episodes.

 Growing With The Flow

21 year old YouTuber, Nayna Florence began this podcast in 2020, with the aim of sharing her experiences, tips and advice. She describes it as ‘a safe place to figure out who we are and who we want to be.’ New episodes are released on  Mondays!
