Green smoothies are a great way to kick start your day the right way! There are so many varieties and they are full of all the good stuff, vitamins, minerals antioxidants, you name it!

You can tailor them to a taste you like so it there really is no losing in the green smoothie game!

The Immune Booster ​

If there’s ever a time to give your immune system a boost it is now! It is so important to be kind to your immune system but even more so now that our friend ‘rona is around!

This immune booster green smoothie is loaded with nutrients, has great anti-inflammatory benefits and is low in calories! Grab a blender and pop these ingredients in and reap all the benefits this smoothie has to offer!


  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 green apple
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 stalk celery
  • Juice 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ teaspoon ground  ginger
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • Water – to be added to reach desired texture
  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender until smooth
  • Add some water or more lime juice if needed!
  • Enjoy!

The Green Detox

If you are feeling in need of a detox, this is the one for you! This green detox smoothie will leave you feeling fresh and ready to take on the day. The perfect way to start the day!


  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 2 cups kale
  • 1 cup cucumber
  • 1 medium green apple
  • 1 cup frozen sliced banana
  • 1 cup almond/soy milk
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ½ tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ tablespoon flax seeds
  •  1 tablespoon honey

Blend it all up until you reach desired texture and enjoy!

The Avocado and Banana

Oh so creamy and oh so yummy! This one is super tasty and easy to make. Add some protein powder to make it an all-round power smoothie!


  • 1 large frozen banana
  • ½ medium avocado (if you prefer it less creamy use only ¼ avocado)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla tastes really good!)
  • 1 cup spinach
  • ¾ cup – 1 cup almond/soy milk
  • ½ tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ tablespoon flax seeds

Chop and add all ingredients a to blender and enjoy!
