Jesy Nelson Is Taking An ‘Extended’ Break From Little Mix
Little Mix’s Jesy Nelson is taking an extended break from the group due to “private medical reasons.”
In a statement to The Sun, a Little Mix spokesperson said,
“Jesy is having extended time off from Little Mix for private medical reasons.
We will not be issuing any further comment currently and ask media to please respect her privacy at this time.”
Will Little Mix Still Perform Without Jesy?
The 29 year old singer did not host or perform with the rest of the Little Mix gals at the EMA’s recently. Nor did she appear in the final episodes of their BBC show Little Mix The Search.
These events did lead people to speculate that it would only be a short time before an announcement was made that Jesy would be taking some time off.
Jade posted this photo to her Instagram after the EMA’s, acknowledging how much the other girls missed Jesy.
The band are set to tour next April with their new album, Confetti. However, with COVID-19 restrictions, this is not as certain as people may like.
