Sorry, but season 3 of ‘Sex Education’ isn’t being released in January 2021
You might have seen some chatter on online recently that Sex Education season 3 was going to be released on the 17th of January 2021, but sadly its just a fake rumour.
A poster advertising season 3 of Sex Education was circulated on Twitter by an account called Netflix Updates, which is NOT a legitimate account tied to Netflix.
The poster stated that season 3 would be released on the 17th of January 2021, but any real Sex Education fan knows that season 2 dropped on the 17th of January 2020. V sneaky of these people messing with us by photoshopping last year’s poster.

And then some media organisations jumped the gun and rushed to write click bait articles about the release date without verifying the information from a legitimate source.

So, when is Sex Education Season 3 out?
We still don’t know. But from the few snippets of info from the official Netflix account it looks like season 3 is still being filmed. As Netflix drops its entire season all at once, the series will have to be completely filmed and then enter post production. Here’s everything we know about Sex Education season 3 so far.
