Now that we’re all back to school, it can be hard to get back into a routine. Sometimes sitting down at a certain time every evening and sticking on a good show can be a great way to unwind. Having a new show you’re excited about can also be very helpful to get through a particularly long day, as you have something to look forward to.

Here are some TV shows you can get your teeth stuck into, but don’t require too much attention so great for relaxing after a long day at school! Watch 1 or 2 episodes in the evening for a great way to unwind and relax.

3 modern day families navigate everyday life with some hilarious outcomes! Such an easy feel-good watch, most of the episodes have a cute message to them.

Younger

On returning to the career world after raising her daughter, Liza lands her dream job. There’s just one problem, Liza is 40 years old pretending to be 26. From friendships to relationships, watching Liza navigate the lie she’s created is hilarious. Hilary Duff stars alongside broadway legend, Sutton Foster.

The Bold Type

The Carringtons and the Colbys feud for control over their fortune — and their children — in this updated reboot of the classic prime-time soap. The drama in this show is off the charts. It’s so far removed from reality, it’s great for switching off at the end of the day.

The Fresh Prince of Bel Air

Love the 90s vibes of Friends but a bit fed up of watching it on repeat? Fresh Prince is a great alternative! All of the classic 90s fashion, and hilarious plots! What more could you want?

High School Musical: The Musical: The Series

High School Musical: The Musical: The Series takes place at the same East High we knew back in the original High School musical days, except this time it’s the real life version… confused? So were we! Basically the series focuses around high schoolers preparing for their performance of High School Musical. There are references to the original movie so it’s all very meta. An easy watch so worth adding to your after school watch list!

Never Have I Ever
