90’s Fashion: The Looks We’d Wear Now

Ah the 90’s – a time of great television, and surprisingly an era we’re now looking to for fashion inspo! We at Missy love a bit of 90’s fashion! We’ve put together some looks from popular 90’s TV shows that we would totally wear now!

Rachel Green – Friends

Rachel from Friends had many an iconic look. This short dungarees look is a firm favourite! Perfect for the summer months, these frayed edge dungarees from Boohoo are perfect for summer. Although there are no shoes in the picture, we’d style this look with some cute white tennis sneakers. This Boohoo blazer makes the look, taking it from casual to dressy in an instant! Rachel wears a vest top underneath, we couldn’t find an exact match but this H&M one is v cute!

Kelly Taylor – 90210

This look is so en vogue this Season! We love a good pair of Mom shorts, these ones from H&M are a great match for 90210’s Kelly Taylor! It looks like Kelly is headed to the beach in this look, but we’ve found a fab blouse from River Island to mimic her beach cover-up! We’re keeping this casual when it comes to the shoes for this look and have gone with some red Converse All Stars.

Joey Potter – Dawson’s Creek

White seems to be the colour of the Summer this year, and we’re loving it! We’ve taken this look from Dawson’s Creek’s Joey Potter. Whilst Joey’s look is very casual we have added a modern twist by switching her wide leg trousers for some cargo pants (which are still very 90’s). This cami top from Missguided, and strappy heels from Public Desire keep the look casual but cute!
