Hello, November! And welcome to a new month on Missy.

I feel like I blinked and missed October. It was a busy month for me with a trip to London to see Harry Potter And The Cursed Child along with lots of studying. Yep, I’m in the same boat as most of you! My big love for the month was my discovery of Pixi Glow Tonic. My skin has really been getting me down for months now, but this has totally transformed it. I also got my hands on Glossier for the first time after wanting it for years. You can read all about if Glossier Worth The Hype? And How To Get It In Ireland.

But, let’s talk about this month. I really struggled to find a picture for this post. What says November? September, October, December – they’re all easy. But November?

I opened up my Ban.do agenda and saw that the page for November said “It’s All Right” and I thought it was a great thing to share. I forget this…a lot. One of my all-time favourite bloggers, Kate La Vie shared a post  about turning over a new leaf last night and I found it really resonated with me. A bit like the awesome piece Michelle did for us last month on self worth, I definitely think I need to start being nicer to myself. I’m my own worst enemy. I’ve been really trying to make a conscious effort over the past few weeks to work on myself and the negative thoughts I constantly carry around. Because honestly it’s exhausting. And the relief in confronting this issue has been incredible.

So, my mantra for the month is going to be “It’s All Right“. Because you know what, no one cares about the things you beat yourself up about. Everyone is too busy worrying about their own things to worry about what you’re doing. I wanted to share that with you all incase you need to remind yourself that “It’s All Right” too. Let’s check those negative Nancy thought at the door. Because there’s far better things we could be doing with our time instead of being hard on ourselves. I’ve also decided that I’m going to take some inspiration from our 5 Changes To Make Now post and make the most of the last two months of the year.

For me I love November because it’s my Birthday month. I used to think 26 was so grown up. It might feel like I’m a million miles away from you being 10 years older, but let me assure you sometimes I feel like I’m constantly still winging it, but you know what? It’s All Right.

Anyway, I hope you all have a fabulous November. Towards the end of the month we will start edging towards some fun Christmas content. And can I just say now, December on this little corner of the internet is going to be exciting!
